Before descending the iconic staircase, we'll pause to admire the Certosa di San Martino, a former monastic complex transformed into a museum. After delving into its history, we'll begin the descent down the 414 steps of the Pedamentina staircase.
As we traverse this ancient route, dating back to the 14th century, we'll discuss its significance and absorb breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and the city's distinctive streets.
