Terrible, muy mala experiencia. Se supone que habría guía en español (o al menos inglés, solo estuvo un chofer que solo hablaba Italiano, de muy mal carácter, daba las instrucciones de los puntos de encuentro de muy mal modo... como si estuviera peleado con la vida!! La planeacion del tour deplorable... por querer llevarnos a uno y a otro lado no tuvimos ni 1 hora en ninguno de los pueblos visitados... NO PUDIMOS CONOCER MÁS ALLÁ DE CUATRO CALLES en ninguno de ellos. No recomiendo este tour!!

Terrible, very bad experience. There was supposed to be a guide in Spanish (or at least English), there was only a driver who only spoke Italian, very bad-tempered, gave instructions to the meeting points in a very rude way... as if he were at odds with life!! The tour planning was deplorable... by wanting to take us from one place to another, we didn't even have an hour in any of the towns visited... We couldn't see more than four blocks in any of them. I do not recommend this tour!!

La excursión estuvo bien, pero la comida, que no la reservamos con antelación, para poder elegir entre varios lugares, el chófer nos dijo que nos iba a llevar a un sitio que se comía bien, pero no se correspondía el precio con la calidad y estaba en un lugar aislado del núcleo de población, sin posibilidad de elegir otro. Lo peor fue que en el restaurante se equivocaron de plato, y cuando ya habíamos empezado, nos quitaron los platos y los pusieron en la mesa de al lado para comer.

The excursion was fine, but the food, which we didn't book in advance to have several places to choose from, was a challenge. The driver told us he was going to take us to a place where the food was good, but the price didn't match the quality and it was in a remote part of the town, with no other option. The worst part was that the restaurant gave us the wrong dish, and when we'd already started, they took our plates away and placed them on the table next to us for lunch.

Todo lo bueno fue por parte de la empresa de traslados, por si amabilidad y eficiencia, pero como excursión es muy mala. Porque las paradas de 50 minutos no te dan tiempo ni a conocer, ni a comer, por lo que haces una cosa o caminar como loco sacando fotos, pero sin disfrutar. No dan aviso que no te dan tiempo, que te lleves algo para comer, por lo que 8 horas hasta el regreso te puede dejar famélico. Y no tengas colas de 10 o 15 minutos para ir al baño, porque tampoco te dará tiempo a nada

The transfer company offered everything that was good about their friendliness and efficiency, but as an excursion, it was very poor. The 50-minute stops don't give you time to explore or eat, so you either do one thing or walk around like crazy taking photos, but without enjoying yourself. El chófer conducía muy bien. En este aspecto, todo perfecto. Pero el interés de esta excursión está en el paisaje, en las vistas. Y no paró ni una sola vez en ningún mirador a pesar de que se lo pedimos. Sorrento y Positano se han de ver desde fuera y nos quedamos con las ganas. Es la primera vez que me decepciona un tour de Civitatis.

The driver drove very well. In that regard, everything was perfect. But the highlight of this excursion lies in the scenery, the views. And he didn't stop once at any viewpoint, even though we asked him to. Sorrento and Positano must be seen from the outside, and we were left wanting more. This is the first time I've been disappointed with a Civitatis tour.
