The place is amazing but the tour guide didn’t have any charisma. It seems she didn’t wanted to be there. I don’t even know her name because she didn’t introduced herself, just so you have an idea how was the experience. Besides that everything was okay, specially the pick up, the company was very organized. Really, the only problem was the guide.

The guides are professionals who work hard to explain the contents of the tour in an interesting and enriching way, as well as to provide the most comfortable organization possible. We are sorry that you did not like it.

Soy usuaria habitual de Civitatis y esta vez no estuvo a la altura. No por el lugar (Pompeya) que es maravilloso, sino por la organización de la visita. Salimos con retraso de Nápoles, hubo un problema en la entrada y demoramos mucho rato en entrar a las ruinas, y el guía aceleró la visita que normalmente lleva 2 horas, en una hora y media escasa. Corriendo sin poder ver bien las cosas ni disfrutarlas. Para volver a estar 40 minutos de nuevo esperando para el regreso a la ciudad.

El tour fue muy bueno, salimos puntual desde Nápoles y el guía Gennaro dio las instrucciones muy claras en el camino (en 4 idiomas). El guía de las ruinas fue muy amable e hizo el tour muy divertido. El único comentario que podría dejar es que falta un tiempo para recorrer por cuenta propia, salimos muy rápido y no alcanzamos a hacer muchas fotos ni visitar la zona de la basílica y la estatua la final del recorrido, me hubiese gustado recorrer ese lugar más tiempo.
