La excursión en sí muy bien. María fue muy buena guía, nos explicaba todo lo necesario e iba añadiendo apuntes curiosos durante el trayecto. Pero, tuvimos muy mala experiencia en el momento de comienzo de la excursión. La persona encargada en recogernos no llevaba ningún distintivo, y tampoco hablaba bien español. Pompeya es espectacular. Pero creo que se podría organizar la visita para poder aprovechar mejor tiempos. Dentro son solo dos horas y hay cosas que no se pueden ver. Teniendo en cuenta la multitud de turistas, calles empedradas, etc se hace corta. La visita en Pompeya fue fenomenal. El guía Rafael excelente, muy ameno y con un enfoque muy adecuado para el turista que solo puede o quiere pasar un par de horas en Pompeya. Se me hicieron demasiado largas, eso sí, las esperas (para ir al baño, comprar agua o un recuerdo) antes y después de la visita. 20 minutos a la llegada y 40 al terminar me parece excesivo. En general la actividad se desarrolló según lo previsto, si bien la recogida en hotel fue un poco compleja de gestionar previamente. El guía en la zona arqueológica hizo su trabajo si bien tanto al inicio como al final, quizá debido al grupo bastante numeroso y el calor, fue algo apurado, al principio el grupo arrancó sin nosotros aunque luego vino a buscarnos una chica, y al final (no íbamos mismo en primera fila) no nos enteramos de que hubiera una despedida, algo habitual en estas visitas.

Muy bien con Roberta, nuestra guía, lo que no nos ha gustado es los tiempos de espera: hasta que entramos en el bus, al llegar a Pompeya esperamos una hora porque teníamos que esperar a que compraran las entradas. Al salir también esperamos más de media hora hasta que el bus nos llevó de vuelta. Nuestro grupo era de 30 personas. Algo decepcionada considerando el precio.

El guía muy bien, ha hecho que la visita fuera muy amena y divertida. El problema es que una vez finalizada la visita, todo el grupo hemos tenido que esperar casi una hora hasta la salida con el autocar, a 35 grados, sin sombra y sin asientos..
