La actividad principal con la primera guía durante el tour de Nápoles fue muy buena pero la segunda guía (Marinella) fue un auténtico desastre. Muy apática y poco interés para una de las visitas turísticas si no la más importante de Nápoles. Sin duda ChatGPT habría sido mejor guía en esta excursión.

La primera parte del tour fue un poco precipitada: nos dieron tiempo para ver la Catedral de Nápoles, pero el resto del itinerario lo hicimos en la furgoneta (tenía las ventanas un poco pequeñas y no se veía bien a veces) y sólo paramos en el mirador de Posillipo. Nuestra guía fue muy agradable. Eso sí, el tour por Pompeya fue espectacular y nuestro guía Michele estuvo sublime: controlaba a la perfección el yacimiento, sabía a dónde ir en cada momento y era divertidísimo. 100% recomendable. La primer parte del tour la hicimos con una guía que nos decepcionó en lo que refiere a la poca predisposición al diálogo con el grupo, cuando alguien preguntaba algo, manifestaba desgano y parecía que se ofuscaba, por lo que no te daban ganas de preguntarle nada. Las explicaciones eran escuetas y pobres. La otra parte del tour por suerte la hicimos con otro guía que nos explicó muy bien todo. Es una pena que con lo que cuesta pagar un tour, elijan a gente sin profesionalismo para guiarlo.

Hemos ido un grcpo de 4 personas. Españolas, por Napoles y luego se han sumado 4 personas más en Pompeya. Pompeya nos ha encantado y lo que hemos visto de Napoles también. Giovani, el conductor, muy amable, nos ha ido aconsejando calles, monumentos ... que visitar; sin embargo, Elisa, la guía muy seria, ha hecho comentarios algo desafortunados y alguna contestacion fuera de lugar , además de ser muy escueta y distante de camino a Pompeya.

We went as a group of 4 people. Spanish, through Naples and then 4 more people joined us in Pompeii. We loved Pompeii and what we saw in Naples too. Giovani, the driver, very kind, advised us on streets, monuments... to visit; however, Elisa, the very serious guide, made some unfortunate comments and some out of place answers, as well as being very brief and distant on the way to Pompeii.
