I trasferimenti da una destinazione all'altra sono stati impeccabili. Il nostro autista Mauro è sempre stato preciso, puntuale e disponibile. Pet quanto riguarda la biglietteria abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi all'entrata di Pompei non dipesi da Civitas, ma l'assistenza telefonica ha risolto tutto in pochissimi minuti. La excursión cumplió los plazos, tuvimos suerte y no había tráfico. Lo negativo es que en Pompeya hay que hacer la cola, aunque lleves la entrada, hay que entregar los DNI y esperar a que piquen los datos. Nosotras tuvimos suerte porque era temporada baja y no había nadie en la cola, pero en temporada alta debe ser un infierno. Y las guías muy malas, no aportan nada, no informan. Seguramente son mejores las del sitio.

The downside is that in Pompeii you have to queue, even with a ticket; you have to hand over your ID and wait for them to scan your information. Vesuvio excelente! Herculano , decepção por termos comprado o passeio com áudio, e mesmo com nossa internet boa, os áudios não carregavam, após o 1º! E , mesmo chegando na hora marcada pelo motorista, não conseguimos entrar em Pompeia, que ao ser remarcado para a manhã do dia seguinte… nos fez perder metade do dia seguinte em nossa programação anterior! Pessimo serviço de áudio tb ! Não abriu nem um! E nossa internet estava em pleno funcionamento! Não recomendo, os 3 passeios para mesmo dia!

Confirmamos que, devido a problemas organizacionais imprevistos com os horários de traslado da excursão, essa parte da visita não pôde ser realizada. Felizmente, pudemos oferecer a excursão no dia seguinte sem custo adicional. Nos avisaron con antelación que por falta de asistentes no podriamos hacer la visita programada a Vesubio, Herculano y Pompeya. Nos la han cambiado a solo Vesubio y Pompeya. Teniendo la mala fuerte que ha llovido muchisimo en la visita al Vesubio y a parte de no poder subir hasta el cràter, hemos tenido que dar media vuelta a media subirà por riesgo de tormenta elèctrica. Su guia Gennaro pueden confirmarselo. El resto del dia en Pompeya todo perfecto con el guia Miquele. Tambienuy buen trabajo.

Yo contrate una excursión con vista a Pompeya, Herculano y subida al Vesubio. El día anterior a la actividad, después de pasar la hora permitida para la cancelación, me escribe el tour operador indicando que era la unica reserva para ese dia y no podian gatantizarla. Te ofrecen dos alternativas pero que no llegan ni a la mitad de lo abonado. Mal servicio, no cumplieron con lo contratado y no te dan opciones alternativas al precio abonado.

I booked an excursion with a view of Pompeii, Herculaneum and a climb to Vesuvius. The day before the activity, after the hour allowed for cancellation had passed, the tour operator wrote to me indicating that it was the only reservation for that day and they could not guarantee it. They offer you two alternatives but they do not even reach half of what you paid. Bad service, they did not comply with what was contracted and they do not give you alternative options to the price paid.

La actividad y los traslados bien,. El tema de entradas y guía un poco lioso ya que las enviaron el día de antes y no se explicó muy bien el funcionamiento. El diseño de la actividad también nos pareció poco adecuado, pues la duración de la visita a Pompeya es muy corto para la grandeza del lugar, el mismo tiempo que Herculano cuando es muchísimo más grande.

Para mi y mi acompañante estuvo bastante buena, pero hubo gente del grupo que no supo como bajar las audioguias por lo que tuvieron que comprar audioguias en los recintos, por lo que sugiero que cuando nos recojan al menos acuda un guía para asegurarse que todos entendieron la forma en la que funciona el tour y no que solo acuda el chofer, ya que el además no hablaba español, por lo que algunos no entendían lo que decía, sin embargo el era muy atento y nos iba dando informacion, claro que en ing

Los sitios a visitar son impresionantes, evidentemente, y el viaje es cómodo porque es con taxi privado para un grupo reducido de 6 personas. Hasta aquí todo muy bien. El motivo porque no le doy una puntuación más elevada es por la ausencia de guía, solo una aplicación en el móvil y por lo absurdo que es que el tiempo sea 4 horas en Herculano, que es más pequeño, y solamente 2 horas en Pompeya. El contacto con la empresa local fue bueno, vía WhatsApp.

The sites to visit are obviously impressive, and the trip is comfortable because it is with a private taxi for a small group of 6 people. So far so good. The reason why I don't give it a higher score is because of the absence of a guide, only an application on the mobile and because of the absurdity that the time is 4 hours in Herculaneum, which is smaller, and only 2 hours in Pompeii. El conductor profesional pero no tenía ni idea de español. Así q no pongan español porque no tenía ni idea. Además solo se limito a ser chofer. Por otra parte Herculano dos horas está fenomenal. Vesubio dos horas también muy bien y Pompeya dos horas se quedan cortas porque nos pillo una tormenta...encima una pareja q iba con nosotros tuvo un retraso por pérdida de media hora y nosotros por no perdernos no actuamos así....llegamos con antelación q es lo q hay q hacer y no vimos por ello dos sitio
