Primeiramente o tour não foi completo, a parte do almoço e o tour por Sorento não aconteceram, ficando apenas um tour simples em Pompeia. Este tour por Pompeia, recomendo que façam por conta própria. A guia Susy faz uma apresentação muito superficial do local, e você não verá os moldes dos corpos, apenas 1 que é o mais simples. Fiquei surpreso que o tour terminou e não vimos estes corpos. Uma experiência péssima. Um tour por conta própria vai sair muito mais barato e valerá mais a pena.

Entramos muy tarde en Pompeya, no hay tiempo libre para pasear por las ruinas, comimos una pizza no muy biena en 20 minutos o menos por que teniamos que irnos a Sorrento. El conductor nos dejo sólo 1 h para visitar Sorrento i nos dió una audioguia que no era muy practia. Estuvimos más rato en el coche de ida i vuelta que visitando sorrento. No paramos en ningun miradorNo recomendaria este pack. Mejor hacer solo Pompeya . Pagas una excursion que casi no puedes hacer.

We arrived in Pompeii very late, there was no free time to walk around the ruins, we ate a not very good pizza in 20 minutes or less because we had to go to Sorrento. The driver gave us only 1 hour to visit Sorrento and gave us an audio guide that was not very practical. We spent more time in the car going and coming back than visiting Sorrento. We did not stop at any viewpoints. I would not recommend this package. It is better to only do Pompeii. You pay for an excursion that you can hardly do.

En Pompeya los grupos un poco desorganizados . La visita a mí gusto corta porque hay mucho que ver , pero bien. En sorrento un desastre. Salimos tarde. Nos dejaron solo con el conductor que nos entregó la autoguia al llegar a sorrento cuando las explicaciones de la misma son desde el trayecto de Pompeya a sorrento. Ademas en el grupo habia una pareja que se iba en crucero y solo estuvimos un hora pues tuvimos que volver muy rápido. definitivamente la excursión de sorrento no merecio la pena

Pompeya hermosa! Pero la guía un desastre total, un carácter horrible, malos tratos, nunca mostró su bandera para que el grupo la encuentre, no le importó nada las personas mayores que integraban el grupo y mucho menos una chica embarazada que le pidió varias veces que le indicara donde había un baño. Y la empresa proyect napoli service también floja, no solo no dio una respuesta satisfactoria ante la situación de la guía si no que se notó muy improvisada en la organización de la actividad.

Pompeii is beautiful! But the guide was a total disaster, she had a horrible character, she was rude, she never showed her flag so that the group could find it, she didn't care at all about the elderly people in the group and even less about a pregnant girl who asked her several times to show her where there was a bathroom. Excursion a Pompeya y Sorrento. El guía Miguel aunque conocido del Tema. Sus bromas y chistes no creo que hayan sido apropriados. Ademas nos sentíamos que nos llevanan a la prisa, sin cuidar el grupo. Un grupo de 30 personas nolo supo manejar. Un accidente pasó y ni se inmutó en apoyar, solo se limitó a q buscaran a alguien porque Iban retrasado. Falta de empatía.

En la descripción nunca mencionan que hay que esperar 1.30 hr para ir de Pompeya a Sorrento, tiempo totalmente perdido! De malas que nos tocó un pésimo clima y un atasco de tráfico y el camino a Sorrento fue de 2hrs. El chico que nos subió al camioncito dijo que 1.30hr para pasear, te dan una audioguía. Llegando solo fue escasos 40 minutos que no vimos nada. Hay que caminar unos 10 minutos de donde te deja el camión a la plaza. No conocimos nada! No hagan esta actividad.

In the description they never mention that you have to wait 1.30 hr to go from Pompeii to Sorrento, a total waste of time! Unfortunately we had terrible weather and a traffic jam and the trip to Sorrento took 2 hours. The guy who got us on the bus said that it would take 1.30 hr to walk around, they give you an audio guide. When we got there it was only a scant 40 minutes and we didn't see anything. La excursión a Pompeya fue muy buena. Roberta siempre muy amable y dispuesta a responder todas nuestras consultas. Muy recomendable. Sorrento muy mala opción para hacer con Civitatis, no la recomiendo. Éramos 7 personas y no todos hablábamos castellano y por eso nos dieron un auto guía que no hablaba de Sorrento, sino de sus alredores. 5 de las 7 personas dejamos de escuchar porque teníamos que prestar atención a los puntos de interés de Sorrento. Nos dieron 1 hora y 20 minutos, muy poco.

The excursion to Pompeii was very good. Roberta was always very kind and willing to answer all our questions. Highly recommended. Sorrento is a very bad option to do with Civitatis, I do not recommend it. En Pompeya muy bien sobre todo con la guía Patricia. La comida fue demasiado rápida y sin opciones para elegir algo. Lo peor fue por la tarde en Sorrento sin guía, con un audio guía que no funcionaba y con solo una hora para ver la ciudad… ridículo!
