Nous étions trois à partir de Naples pour le Vésuve. Sans que cela soit annoncé, on nous a conduit à Pompéï, et non à Herculanum, point de départ pour le Vésuve, où on nous a fait attendre une heure un autre groupe avant la prise du repas. Comme le groupe avait du retard, l'attente s'est allongée. Pendant ce temps, le ciel s'est couvert et une fois arrivée au Vésuve, nous avons subi des pluies torrentielles plus le brouillard donc aucune vue. Pas de plan de repli ! Inadmissible !

Nous sommes navrés que l'expérience ne se soit pas déroulée comme prévu. Nous n'avons aucune trace d'un quelconque incident au cours de cette excursion. Cependant, nous surveillerons l'activité pour confirmer qu'elle est menée correctement.

Lo que pone en la web no es correcto. Primero nos llevaron a Pompeya a comer (un unico plato y bebida) y despues al Vesubio. Únicamente pudimos estar 1 hora y media entre subir y bajar al volcán. La guía Loredana apenas sabía castellano y cuando hablaba en el bus en italiano, ingles, frances, daba muchas explicaciones, pero al llegar al castellano, apenas decía 2 frases. Podría ser una excursión muy bonita si hubiesemos estamos más tiempo en el volcán (que era realmente lo que nos interesaba)

Tomamos nota con el fin de mejorar el servicio.

La excursion que tenia que durar de 3 a 4 horas duro 6 horas, basicamente estuvimos esperando unos grupos a otros para al final subir al Vesubio deprisa y mal por falta de tiempo. No la recomiendo para escalas de cruceros, lo pasamos mal pensando que no llegabamos a tiempo al barco, habiamos previsto volver a las 3,30 o 4,00 de la tarde y a esa hora todavia estabamos de camino hacia el Vesubio.

Tal y como lo indicamos en la descripción de la actividad, la vuelta a Nápoles está prevista sobre las 17:00 siempre con tiempo suficiente para embarcar en el crucero.
