Pickup was on time and the driver and the host were attentive. Our guide was Outstanding. He is an archeologist and a guide, was very informed about the site, Roman life and is an excellent communicator. We were a 10 people group, family with members from 3 years to 72 and he was patient with everybody and answered all our doubts, while being courteous and professional

Creo que si no se da la cantidad necesaria de personas para ir con guía, se tendría que comunicar y dar la opción de cancelar la actividad y devolucion del dinero pues ir por libre sale mucho más barato para acabar con un audio guía que no se escuchaba nada.

Herculano está mejor conservada, mosaicos completos, estructuras de madera carbonizadas., Más completo q Pompeya. No vimos otras cosas como el tesoro. Fueron puntuales, amables, la información es escasa y a veces repetía la misma información). No obstante haces la visita muy deprisa, si ya has visto Pompeya mucha información se repite, Nos tocó un grupo de varios idiomas con lo que el tiempo se divide entre todos. Decepcionante y muy caro para lo que se ofreció. Cuando se hizo la compra se especificaba guía en español. No obstante el guía hizo lo que pudo ya que no era un guía bilingüe. No recomendaré está actividad.

Disappointing and very expensive for what was offered. When the purchase was made, a guide was specified in Spanish. However the guide did what he could as he was not a bilingual guide. I will not recommend this activity.
