En Nápoles y en Pompeya tuvimos una guia excelente! Fiorella muy atenta nos explicó lo mas importante de Nápoles y nos dió lujo de detalles sobre Pompeya, como era la ciudad, como se vivía, la arquitectura, etc. con el tiempo perfecto para poder apreciar todo, teniendo en cuenta que estuvimos 2 horas y la ciudad es enorme. Luego, hicimos una pausa para almorzar pizza, con agua y gaseosa en un restaurante muy cerca de la entrada de Pompeya. Finalmente, pudimos subir al crater del Vesubio! El día muy completo, interesante, agusto, sois unos crac en organizar. Solo una cosa a comentar para que tengáis en cuenta. El tema comida un poco decepcionante, no ha sido pizza, porque hemos sido engañados por los camareros, cuando nos dan a elegir nos dicen la pizza una hora de espera, sabiendo que teníamos una hora para comer..... Primero, nos pareció una actividad muy completa y dinámica, lastima que como turistas nos cobrarán por todo, incluso por ir al baño en el restaurante en el que pagamos la comida!! Para continuar, los asientos de la furgoneta eran enanos, apenas entraba una person delgada. Y por último, surgió una situación de un asiento en el bus en el que la guía joven del vesubio se tenía que haber plantado y no lo hizo, provocando que un sujeto echara a una señora de su asiento y creara malestar a la vuelta.

La excursión en sí es muy completa, la guía por Nápoles con Elisa ha sido bastante buena y muy cercana. En Pompeya, hemos tenido a Ilina (o eso creo) ha sido brutal, como negativo pondría que no hemos tenido nada de agua gratuita durante el recorrido ya que hacía calor. En cuanto al Vesubio, bueno, hemos estado algo desatendidos ya que no hemos tenido mucho la presencia de la guía para las explicaciones por no hablar de la comida, muy básica.

The tour itself is very complete, the guide through Naples with Elisa was quite good and very friendly. In Pompeii, we had Ilina (or so I think) and it was brutal, as a negative I would say that we didn't have any free water during the tour because it was hot. La visita a Pompeya muy deprisa el guía tenía prisa por terminar, no tuvimos ni tiempo de entrar a la tienda de recuerdos. No me pareció muy adecuada esta visita, la de Nápoles y Vesubio bien, para comer fatal solo un plato de ñoquis o pizza margarita a elegir y una botella de Fanta de un litro para cuatro muy mal la comida.

The visit to Pompeii was very rushed, the guide was in a hurry to finish, we didn't even have time to go into the souvenir shop. I didn't find this visit very adequate, the one to Naples and Vesuvius was fine, to eat terrible, only a plate of gnocchi or a margarita pizza to choose from and a one-litre bottle of Fanta for four, the food was very bad.

Naples : visite avec Elisa qui nous a fait découvrir des lieux typiques de Naples mais aussi le café noisette. Pompéi : Le guide Stefano était passionné mais parfois rigide. Les activités sont vraiment bien. Cependant nous avons eu un souci avec le ferry qui nous emmenait sur Naples (15min de retard) et Napoli Tour et vous meme Civitatis n ont pas cherché à nous aider à trouver une solution. On a du acheter d autres billets de bateau poir garantir notre arrivée à l'heure (+70€ de charges pour nous) Et au final, nous on était à l heure mais la personne qu'on récupérait à la gare était 20min en retard et on a du attendre !!!!!!

La guía de Nápoles sin carisma ninguno. Pompeya bien. Te venden la excursión al Vesubio con guía en inglés (si hay guía disponible) y te entregan un ticket de entrada básico. Ni se molestan en preguntar si hay guías disponible. Que sí que los había porque en el punto de información una pareja estaba contratando a uno. Así que te dejan solo en el Vesubio, habiendo pagado una excursión con guía.

Los lugares hermosos, con mucha historia. Las guías explicaban muy bien, aunque me pareció muy desorganizada la unión de las 3 excursiones (porque se unian unos grupos con otros). Al chofer que me recogió en el puerto de cruceros, no lo encontraba, tarde casi 30 min buscándolo (y llegué 30 min antes), además, no tenia ningún uniforme para localizarlo, solo un cartel que decia en marcador mi nombre , me dió hasta temor subirme con él. Luego de eso, al recoger a la guía todo fluyó mucho mejor
