el dia anterior nos avisaron que se cancelaba el tour con guia por falta de pasajeros , lo tuvimos que hacer solos con los ferry , la empresa fuera napoli oficial tours resolvio rapido , si bien se entiende que esta dentro de los parametros de las reservas , lo ideal hubiera sido hacerlo como estaba contratado gracias Translate this opinion into English.

Se oferta como excursión -Tour en español pero lo único que hacen es mandar los billetes al móvil y horarios de barcos junto a un panfleto con unas indicaciones sobre las visitas.En el bono pone que el día de las actividad nos encontramos en puerto de Molo Beverello y allí no aparece nadie. Tampoco nos avisan de la necesidad de imprimir los billetes. Para esto podríamos haber sacado los billetes nosotros y habernos ahorrado la gestión (36€/pax).Lo único bueno ha sido la atención telefónica

It's offered as an excursion-tour in Spanish, but all they do is send tickets to your phone and boat schedules, along with a pamphlet with instructions about the visits. El día anterior a la excursión se nos comunicó que sólo podían ofrecernos los boletos a Sorrento y Capri sin guía porque no se había completado el cupo necesario. Y que por compensación nos devolverían el 20% de lo abonado. Desde Civitatis no se comunicaron lo hicieron desde el operador . Hicimos el recorrido con los boletos que nos enviaron, pero no fue lo que contratamos hace dos meses.

El tour estaba programado para hoy 16/5, pero ayer tarde Goia envió notificación que el tour no se realizaba por no contar con número suficiente de participantes, pero yo veo que para realizarlo se requierían dos , y yo y mi señora somos dos. Ofreció posibilidad de hacerlo independiente devolviendo el 20% del valor, lo que acepté por no tener a mis 80 años otra alternativa en mi vida. Ahora espero que Civitatis responda y me devuelva el 20%, lo que por cierto no fue lo contratado.

The tour was scheduled for today, May 16, but yesterday afternoon, Goia sent a notification that the tour wouldn't run due to a lack of participants. El guía nos aviso que iríamos solos, que no nos iban a acompañar y nos enviaron los pasajes del barco por WAPP, dijo que no eramos pocos???? A Capri, un domingo???? Increíble, no?
