Ha estado muy bien, los guías han sido muy amables, en especial Gerardo. Todo muy bien explicado y siempre con una sonrisa. Capri es hermoso. Muy Pobre la explicación. No hablan bien el español. En el barco de ida nos hablaron 1 sola vez. Llegamos a la isla nos entregaron un mapa con una explicación de 30 segundos sin grandes sugerencias de visita. El barco que da la vuelta por la isla bueno, pero hablaba mucho menos en español que en los otros idiomas, ej Alemán. Sinauricularws 6 se escuchaba muy mal. El barco de regreso... nada

Se limitan a llevarte a capri en barco y te dan un mapa con los puntos a visitar. Despues te dan un paseo en barco alrededor isla con explicaciones muy basicas. Era un grupo multicultural de distintos paises y las explicaciones en otros idiomas eran mas elaboradas que en español. Recomendable el paseo en barco alrededor isla por las vistas.

La actividad reservada con civitatis fue muy completa. El paseo en barco es una maravilla y Marlene es un encanto, explicando y estando atenta en todo momento. La vuelta a capri en un segundo barco para mí fue lo más especial y bonito del viaje. Las vistas son espectaculares e imposibles de ver a pie desde la isla. Un aspecto negativo es que al igual que Amalfi y Positano, Capri está totalmente masificada de turistas (fuimos en octubre y entre semana, no me quiero imaginar en verano). Nos llevaron a confusión las indicaciones de civitatis y el proveedor sobre punto y recogida. El proveedor llamó porque según ellos no estábamos en el sitio pactado. Hola buenas pues nose yo si sale tan a cuenta si que es verdad que te llevan en autocar a una zona privada de ferry para ir a capri pero por tu cuenta puedes ir al puerto i por 40€ ida i vuelta lo tienes también después yo pensaba que me entraba todo i el baño en esta no entraba i tuve que pagar 15€ más eso sí bañarte en los faraones de capri es una experiencia ehh que paisaje que todo pero es eso por tu cuenta lo puedes hacer también i después te dejan hasta las 16 muy poquito tiempo para mí.

La excursión no fue de nuestro agrado. La guia fue mas una acabat oconpañante que una guia. Tiempos de espera excesivos. Cierta desorganizacion. Una vez llegamos a Capri no incluia no el desplazamiento hasta Capri, tuvimos que subir andando. A la vuelta exceso de gente en el barco, no cabiamos todos. No justifica en general el importe que pagamos.

Me pareció muy mal que publiciten que te recogen el hotel, si es en Napoles, y luego te indiquen un punto de encuentro en otro sitio, en nuestro caso estábamos alojados en el Hotel Il Salotto della Regina, Riviera de Chiaia 53, y tuvimos que ir al hotel Royal continental ,a unos 2 km.
