La peor experiencia de mi vida con Civitatis. Aún sabiendo que había mala mar se ha hecho la actividad. con el unico criterio de no devolver el dinero. Cero profesionalidad, yo casi me ahogo en el mar y no me han tirado ni un flotador para ayudarme. Nos ha dicho que nos podíamos lanzar al agua y las corrientes eran tan fuertes que nos llevaban mar adentro. En vez de ayudarnos nos ofrecía bebida pagandola . La vuelta a Napoles todo el barco vomitando, 130 € tirados

The worst experience of my life with Civitatis. Even though the sea was rough, the activity was carried out with the sole objective of not refunding the money. Zero professionalism. I almost drowned in the sea, and they didn't even offer me a life preserver. They told us we could jump into the water, and the currents were so strong they were carrying us out to sea. Instead of helping us, they offered us drinks and paid for them. The return to Naples wasted the entire boat vomiting, €130 wasted.

7:40 en punto de encuentro 8:25 hacer la cola para pagar tasas (tres personas en una cabina, para 2filas, pero van cobrando de a 1, porque tienen una solo PC)8:55 pagar las tasas 9:15 inicio la actividad, publicada en €80 en Civitatis, pero que cambia a 130/120 segundos elijas, pero nunca el precio publicitado. La elegimos porque decía en Español y en el barco nos dijieron que no se habla español. Así que nada de guía en todo el día! Una vergüenza y mal organizado, la gente de HPTravel “correctos”.

No se puede decir que una excursión a Capri es mala, porque el sitio siempre es precioso, pero la aportación del guia es mala. Muchas y largas esperas en las que sin ningún miramiento te dejan al sol y sin poder sentarte. Por otra parte se supone contratas una excursión en español y lo que te hablan en este idioma es mínimo, incluso omiten la traducción a éste idioma en varios casos .

You can't say that a trip to Capri is bad, because the place is always beautiful, but the guide's input is poor. There are many long waits, during which they rudely leave you out in the sun without being able to sit down. Furthermore, you're supposed to book a trip in Spanish, and the Spanish language they speak is minimal, even omitting translation in several cases.
