Worst tour ever! Last minute change of pick-up and drop-off location (please keep in mind we chose the tour because it picks up and drops off from our hotel…they do not). We really did not want to walk the streets of Naples with small children in tow. The tour bus was dilapidated. Communication very poor. We abandoned the paid lunch because we did not come all the way to Amalfi to eat awful food in the dark and dank bussing area of a restaurant. Americans beware!

The transfer service includes a particular list of hotels in the center of town. If their accommodation is not included in said list, the provider indicates a meeting point as near as possible. We deeply regret if this or any other feature of the service was not to your liking. We will continue striving to improve.

We started a little late and was promised a boat trip paying separately but, the boat wasn’t available, the car broke down and we could mixed physical activity with a fun travel, because we had to push the car uphill, at the restaurant the food was served in tiny portion, and the second driver was driving too fast.

The boat trip is not included in the price of the activity so the availability depends on the availability of the local provider, and we cannot assure to do this trip. On the other hand, sometimes other breakdowns or unforeseen events may occur with the tour cars, and the local organization tries to have the best menus available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and that the tour was not as you expected.

Good experience, we went to many beautiful places in Amalfi, Positano (just a panoramic stop) and Ravello. Although there was a delay in our pick up in the morning, we enjoyed the tour a lot. Our guide was nice. Lunch included was really simple but ok.

The tour was great even though the weather was not the best the tour guides made the best out of it. The name of our guide was Italo and he was great and informative. The driver was also great and kept us in schedule.

La visita a los pueblos podría haber sido un poco más larga. El chófer ha sido muy irresponsable en la conducción, corriendo y adelantando donde no debía, a generado mucha inseguridad.

Bom passeio. Entretanto, com muitos problemas. O horário de nos pegar ficou muito cedo, devido ser feriado em Nápoles. Deviam ter avisado. Com isso, os horários ficaram mais apertados, chegando ao ponto de termos de engolir o almoço ao invés de comer. Não deu tempo nem da sobremesa. Restaurante péssimo. A guia Nunsia e o Motorista Genaro, excelentes.

Nossa equipe local teve que remarcar a saída de alguns clientes para organizar a excursão da melhor maneira possível. No seu caso, você foi informado no dia anterior que o traslado seria antecipado em quase uma hora. Pedimos desculpas por qualquer inconveniente que isso possa ter causado.
