Affascinante e opulenta la Reggia di Caserta, L'unico neo che mi permetto di segnalarvi è l'audio guida da scaricare e utilizzare che non è per nulla di facile comprensione . Ci abbiamo provato ed anche il punto info non ha saputo aiutarci e alla fine ci abbiamo rinunciato.per il resto invece è stato incredibile.

L'organizzazione mi è sembrata buona, tuttavia non per tutti scaricare biglietti e audio guida sul cellulare.Tutto sommato preferisco ancora il rapporto con una guida in persona con cui intavolare una conversazione e a cui fare domande. Anche i costi non sono stati contenuti rispetto a quelli di una visita in gruppo. Ho supplito chiedendo ai custodi delle varie sale. Non so se rifarò l'esperienza . Comunque la Reggia è magnifica.

Abbiamo rischiato che il treno di andata venisse cancellato per un incidente sulla linea ma ho contattato via whatsapp il fornitore dei biglietti che mi ha prontamente dato le informazioni su come comportarmi. Per fortuna il treno non ha subito ritardi e tutto si è svolto regolarmente. L'app con la guida è risultata facilmente utilizzabile e non troppo prolissa nelle descrizioni. El Palacio ya lo conocía, iba llevando a unos amigos que nunca habían ido, por lo que el hecho de que sea precioso ya me lo esperaba. Si no te quieres complicar la vida comprando tren, entradas y audioguia pues OK. Este era mi caso. Tuve que reclamar los billetes porque hasta ultima hora del dia previo no me dijeron nada... Y eso esta un poco feo. Sino, la audioguia de IT guides (6€), que es la que te dan, canjeando un codigo, es muy buena en la Reggia.

En cuanto llegamos a inestazione nos dieron todo, los billetes de tren, las entradas y los códigos para descargar la audioguía. Nos encantó el palacio y sus jardines, muy recomendable. Ben organizzata, audioguida interessante, ma un po' complicata da gestire per gli anziani/inesperti di tecnologia(ho dovuto aiutare nonna e amiche per scaricare e usare la guida). Tutto super bello. Siamo rimasti li fino alle 16 e poi abbiamo preso il treno di ritorno senza problemi.
