La visita a Pompeya bien, la de Herculano demasiado precipitada y falta de contenido. Lo peor de todo es que el día 2 era fiesta nacional en Italia y las entradas eran gratis. Yo había pagado la excursión al precio normal y no me han descontado ni advertido nada. Bastante decepcionante para una empresa en la que confías.

The Pompeii tour was fine, but the Herculaneum tour was rushed and lacked substance. The worst part was that the 2nd was a national holiday in Italy, and admission was free. I had paid the full price for the tour, and they didn't give me any discount or inform me of anything. Quite disappointing for a company you trust.

Nuestra guia Antonella, magnifica , muy profesional y simpatica. Es muy recomendable. En Pompeya tuvimos otra guia Teresa que no nos gusto demasiado , en lugar de dos horas que habiamos contratado nos enseño Pompeya en una hora y no visitamos el lupanar ni la casa de los misterios. En Herculano, tuvimos a Lolo que es un profesional maravilloso, nos explico y nos enseño el recinto de una forma muy instructiva y amena. Totalmente recomendable . Our guide, Antonella, was magnificent, very professional, and friendly. She's highly recommended. In Pompeii, we had another guide, Teresa, whom we didn't like very much. Instead of the two hours we had booked, she showed us Pompeii in one hour, and we didn't visit the brothel or the House of Mysteries. In Herculaneum, we had Lolo, a wonderful professional. Las visiras dejaron mucho que desear, por referencuas de orras personas aue han esrafo alli. En Pompeya vimos muy pocas codas, no vimos el anfiteatro, y 5 o 6 cuerpos. En Herculanl la visita fue en i glés y eppañol, sin micrófomo, tenienfo que parar a cada momento, haciéndose muy lpsasa, y viendo muy pocas cosas. En resumen no fue una experiencia del todo satisfactoria.

The visits left much to be desired, according to reports from other people who have been there. In Pompeii, we saw very few things, we didn't see the amphitheater, and only 5 or 6 bodies. In Herculaneum, the tour was in English and Spanish, without a microphone, so we had to stop constantly, which made it very slow, and we saw very little. In short, it wasn't an entirely satisfactory experience.

El transporte y guía en bus excelente. Cristian nos dio datos, fue muy amable, nos llevó a recorrer cosas muy interesantes e hizo más sencillo el drop off. En Pompeya no nos llevaron a ver el anfiteatro porque estaba del otro lado, y como éramos un grupo pequeño no teníamos radios y costo mucho en momentos escuchar debido a la cantidad de gente que había. En Herculano nos dieron audioguias sin costo, pero no es lo mismo que tener a una persona para hacer preguntas. Almuerzo muy básico.

The bus transportation and guide were excellent. Cristian gave us information, was very friendly, took us to see some very interesting places, and made the drop-off easier. In Pompeii, they didn't take us to see the amphitheater because it was on the other side, and since we were a small group, we didn't have radios, and it was difficult to hear at times due to the crowds. In Herculaneum, they gave us audio guides free of charge, but it's not the same as having a person to ask questions. Lunch was very basic.

La visita a Pompeya fue mal, la guía no tenía muchas ganas........defraudante, una pena. Hubiera preferido hacerla por mi cuenta y hubiera visto más cosas, se perdió mucho tiempo en cola para ver poco..... La visita a Herculano fue por el contrario magnífica gracias a la otra guía María, disfrutaba con las explicaciones Los traslados fueron perfectos La comida fue muy simple no tengan expectativas

Organización estuvo bien nos recibieron a tiempo y el transporte estaba limpio y fue agradable.Para la visita a Pompeya tuvimos una guía Suzi la cual no mostró ningún interés en comunicarse con el grupo ( éramos 10 amigas y dos parejas) iba como una autómata. Tuvimos que esperar colas de 20 minutos para luego pasar de prisa y corriendo porque un grupo numeroso venía detrás .No vimos casi nada y dejó 10 minutos para ver la plaza principal .la visita a Herculano fue maravillosa con Maria.

The organization was good; we were greeted on time, and the transportation was clean and pleasant. For the visit to Pompeii, we had a guide, Suzi, who showed no interest in communicating with the group (we were 10 friends and two couples). She was like an automaton. We had to wait in lines for 20 minutes, only to be rushed through because a large group was coming behind us. We saw almost nothing, and this left 10 minutes to see the main square. The visit to Herculaneum was wonderful with Maria.
