En realidad me fue mal porque no la pude instalar no sé si yo no supe hacerlo pero no la pude usar o quizás la la traté de instalar ya después días después que yo había comprado y sin pero no es porque Lissette estuviera mal no se no llamé no pregunté ni me asesore no puedo decir nada sobre si estaba bien o si estaba mal pero comprarlo fue fácil me enviaron todo como te digo no la pudo usar porque quizás fue algo de mi parte que no supe hacerlo o esperé demasiado para usarla

Nunca pude activar la eSIM, la app no aporta soporte simplificado. Fué una experiencia frustrante. Gasté 13 euros para nada. Considero que deberían reembolsar lo que considero una estafa. Que la app no ayude a quienes quieren conectarse habla muy mal de Civitatis.
