Da evitare, l'agenzia si limita ad inviare tramite whatsapp i biglietti degli ingressi e della tramvia comprati online, per un prezzo doppio rispetto a quello che avremmo speso comprandoli da soli. Nessuno si è presentato abbiamo dovuto fare tutto da soli. Non mi sembra che quanto offerto corrisponda a quanto descritto

Il prezzo di questa attività include il trasporto e i biglietti d'ingresso. Una volta sul Vesuvio, la guida è fornita direttamente dal Parco Nazionale. Questo viene comunicato ai clienti prima della partecipazione. Siamo tuttavia spiacenti se ci si aspettava un servizio diverso.

Très décue par la préstation qui vendait les services d'un guide. Pour guide nous avons eu juste un chauffeur qui nous a véhiculé au Vésuve puis à Herculanum. Pour le meme prix, voire moins, j'aurai pu prendre un taxi. Par ailleurs, les tickets vendus comme coupe fil n'en sont pas : ce sont juste des tickets internet et il n'ont eu aucune utilité Donc, je vous invite à éviter car il y a un rééel décalage entre ce qui a été vendu et ce qui a été vécu.

Very disappointed by the service which sold the services of a guide. As a guide we just had a driver who took us to Vesuvius and then to Herculaneum. For the same price, or even less, I could have taken a taxi. In addition, the tickets sold as wire cutters are not: they are just internet tickets and they had no use. L’activité consiste à être transporté d’un point A à un point B achat des billets d’entrée inclus. J’avais compris que nous aurions un guide à Herculanum cela n’a pas été le cas. Je trouve donc l’activité un peu chère par rapport à ce qui est proposé

En la web se especificaba reducción de precio por "Adulto ciudadano UE" y nos encontramos con entradas para menores de 25 años. Tuvimos que pagar la diferencia. Desconozco si el problema es de la Web de Civitatis o de la oferta del proveedor, pero debería desaparecer la opción "Adulto ciudadano UE" o especificar rango de edad. En el Vesubio cada grupo tenía una hora de entrada diferente. El conductor excelente, un 10, nos solucionó los problemas que tuvimos.

On the website, a price reduction was specified for "Adult EU citizen" and we found tickets for people under 25 years of age. We had to pay the difference.
