La guía Carolina excelente, un poco complicado conseguir la a la guía porque nos dijeron en principio que era otra persona; falto un poco de explicación en Pompeya al menos de camino, al no decirte que es tan grande y que cogieras un mapa pes al Menos tener noción no te enteras mucho de nada.

Un caos organizativo. Juntaron pasajeros de dos cruceros diferentes en un mismo Tour, y no explicaron correctamente donde se iban a recoger. Por ello salimos con más de una hora de retraso del puerto de Nápoles. Entre eso y el atasco solo tuvimos 90 minutos para visitar Pompeya y una hora para visitar Sorrento. Eso en una excursión de seis horas.

El guía estupendo, pero la organización por parte de la agencia una auténtica basura. Estuvimos esperando un grupo de 15 personas más de 45 minutos en el punto de encuentro porque al guía le habían dado otro lugar. Tras llamar varias veces a la agencia nos estuvieron dando largas hasta que nos dieron el teléfono del guía y pudimos mandarle nuestra ubicación para que viniera a buscarnos. Además, la agencia no le paga al guía la entrada y el tiempo de Pompeya, por lo que hay que verlo sin guía.

Tour muy mal organizado y con una guía de habla español que sólo llevaba 2 meses estudiandolo, es decir lamentable. Vayamos por partes, te dejan muy poco tiempo en las paradas y en cada parada pierdes 15-20 minutos de televenta, limoncello o piedras que no te puedes saltar porque no te dice post esto la hora de vuelta. El tour era en inglés y español, suerte que se inglés, sinó no me habría enterado de nada. Tuvimos de traducir a gente que no sabía inglés para que se enteraran, PESIMO TOUR
