Great day out, the instructions were very easy to follow & all worked perfectly. We actually did Vesuvius first which was far better, would not have wanted to walk a kilometer uphill after lunch! The guides, both at Vesuvius and Pompei were great, the lunch was good & I would definitely recommend this trip.

The trip to Vasubio was very cool but there were no real guide. Everyone was walking by themself and the time was a bit short, we went straight up, did some pictures and down again and it was just in time. The lunch was ok (no pizza as promised but pasta). Pompeya was very good. Only issue was that our guide was to enthusiastic so we did not count in any bio break why he lost more and more people getting to the end of the tour. This should be better organized.

We had a tour with Francheska, who was wonderful! Everything was clear, fantastically organized, the bus arrived exactly on time, then the split between the groups was smooth. Definitely would recommend to take this tour.

Lots of waiting without explanation. Took almost an hour to get the food. Pompej-guide was good. Driver good.

They didn’t schedule our mt vesuvius tickets, then after waiting a while gave us two expired tickets.

It has been confirmed that an error with the tickets made them invalid. The supplier was not aware of this and is working to ensure that this does not happen again. We confirm that the appropriate compensation has been processed. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Pompeii was great guide very informative and made it all very interesting, Vesuvius part was cancelled due to snow I’ll just have to come back again. Which I will gladly. I thought I was well taken care of from the moment I made the booking.

We didn't manage to see Vesuvius because of the bad weather, which is not their fault, of course, but the Pompeii trip was awesome! Francesca was an amazing guide and the pizza for lunch was delicious!

A fantastic tour, despite the wet weather. Our guide Alisa (spelling ? Sorry!), was informative, clear and such good fun! Our first time on a Civitatis tour, definitely not the last. 100% organised from start to finish, unlike other tour companies used this week. A huge thank you!
